Jeremiah Arkham struggled fiercely against his restraints made from lab extension cord, Joker just undid Harleen's gag to reveal her sheepishly smiling, then suddenly turned the gun over so the butt was facing her, handing it to her.


Joker:"Your turn...spread a little anarchy in your own life...in your own head...let that crazy little play ground out, and let it spread like a weed until it uproots all the constricting sidewalks that doctors and shrinks have built in your mind..."

Jeremiah Arkham:"Harleen!! Don't listen to him, you can't possibly-"

Joker:"You didn't flinch, oh no, you didn't flinch, you squealed, you squealed cause you liked seeing Doctor Lawerence go up against the wall like a meat ball..."

Jeremiah Arkham:"Ms. Quinzel! I know you, you can't-!"

Joker:"Oh you? You think you know her...that's what you think -hysterical laughter cut just as abruptly off- oh no...the Harley QUINN I know's liked this kind of fun since she was a little girl in pig tales...but then she got scared as to what society would think about her so she hid under a rock you built for her and put her in a lab coat to help other people climb under their little rocks...but now she's seen how much more open it is out here...."
